I 2025 får alle som fullfører en treplakett/frokostbrett til å ha brødskiva, ost eller annet på.
I tillegg får ultradistansene et honningglass med distanse på - og som er vårt svar på pokal.
I mål finner du også vår egendesignede frøpose med blomkarse.

In addition to that all ultrafinishers will get a jar of honey with distance printed on it.
At finish there will also be our own designed seed bags with Natsturtium.
How to Sow Nasturtium Seeds
• Sow seeds directly in the garden or flower pot 15mm deep and 30-45cm apart.
• Keep soil moist but never wet or dry.
• Seeds should germinate in around 7-14 days at a soil temperature of 16-20°C.
• Young seedlings will need protection from pests, pets and weather until they are established.
