START
Covid-friendly start intervals. Those of you who are going to use public transport must remember face masks. Face mask is also mandatory on our three shuttle buses to the 31km start. On our website, there are suggestions for transport to start and recommended arrival for your «pulje» .
Toilets and urinals in the start areas.
Deliver your bag on arrival, it will be transported to the finisher area. We recommend you to pack the contents of the bag waterproof in case of rain. We take care of your bag, but we do not take responsibility for whether the contents are crushed, damaged or possibly wet.
SUPPORT STATIONS AND SUPPORT
Use antibac before tapping into your optional beverage system. There are no cups in Ecotrail. The distances 31 km, 50 km and 80 km also have food stations. Fresh buns from Baker Hansen and whole bananas are served. It is not allowed to throw the banana peel in the forest, it must be thrown in designated boxes before you leave the support station. It is also forbidden to throw away paper and the like along the trail. Leave no trace.
Support: This year we make an exception due to the pandemic, and allow support outside the stations as well.
MARKING
The trail is well marked with red-yellow ribbons, signs and flags. There are some small changes in the trail in Holmenkollen due to bike rides. It will be well marked anyway. There are also changes due to construction the last 400 meters before the finish.
THE FINISHER AREA
Medal tables and beverage before you continue to luggage pick up. Awards on stage, to 1.2.3-place men / women all distances, except the Walk distance. Bars, food trucks and bathing at the finisher area.
RACE MORAL
You run at your own risk. That is, you must remember to look to the right and left in all types of intersections. Always. Good running morale is also to show consideration for both participants and regular walkers. On the narrow sections, keep to the right and let fast runners pass. Also, at the support stations, everyone is polite to each other. :)
